Return & Refund Policy – Hallberd Club
At Hallberd Club, each product is made with care and detail. We only accept returns under specific conditions as outlined below.
1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
To be eligible:

The product must be in its original condition

All tags, cards, labels, and packaging must be intact

The product must not be worn, washed, or used
Each return will be verified by a Hallberd Club representative before approval.
3. How to Request a Return

Email us at hallberdclub@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Include your order ID and clear images/video showing the issue.

If approved, follow the return instructions provided.

You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back using a trackable courier service.
4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our end.
